My True Horror Story (Online Ouija Board) Video!!

Before I share my story, please be advised - Do Not play with an ouija board. The ouija is NO Monopoly! When I was a young lady in my early twenties something very scary happened. Although I grew up in the church, it wasn't until something near fatal happened in my life that made me question my faith. So I decided to dabble in necromancy one day. I was just being curious and played with an online Ouija board while on break at work. I assumed that it would be as harmless as playing solitaire. However, what I would soon discover is that it wasn't a game. I asked questions about my life but the planchette would just roll around and point to "Yes" in response to everything I'd ask, so I figured it didn't work.  So I left the website, considered it fake and never revisited.

Later that evening, I showered and went to bed after a very tiresome day.  I laid my head on the pillow and snuggled tightly with my blanket ready to fall fast asleep.  Then something strange happened.  My pillow began to ring like a telephone.  In total shock, I sat up and looked at my pillow in disbelief.  It was ringing eerily.  Once again being curious, I laid my head on the pillow in hopes of answering its call. *(Note: I did not own a cell phone and the house phone was not a cordless; nor was it located in my bedroom and certainly not underneath my pillow)*

I ran out of there to my parents bedroom and awakened my father. He immediately prayed with me, reciting the Lord's prayer. He asked me to pray with him, so I did. I begged the Lord for forgiveness and a few days later on Sunday, I rededicated my life to Christ. The devil is always lurking, bothering me whenever I'm really tired or depressed because he preys on your weakness!  I will pray, recite the Lord's prayer aloud and continue to rebuke him in the name of Jesus because that's the only name that makes him flee. He'll never stop coming for you until the end of time when it's all over. Do not entertain Satan or be fooled by him. He is real and he's the father of lies. He only comes to steal, kill, and destroy!  He wants us, God's precious creations, to burn in hell with him because that's where he will end up when this world ends.  You've been warned.

I will share more of my haunting experiences in other posts. For now here are scriptures and writings to help encourage you in faith. I pray for your unbelief if you are not saved.

"Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
- James 4:7

Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.  All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.  I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.  The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.  - John 10:7-10 (NKJV)

"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels." - Matthew 25:41

The name, Lucifer, means 'day star,' or 'son of the morning.' Many recognize it as an alternate name of Satan, the fallen angel. But prior to his downfall, Lucifer was a magnificent being with a unique ministry. Unfortunately, pride overtook his heart, and sin cost him everything.

Lucifer is one of three archangels mentioned in Scripture. He was created by God just as all angels were, but his role was different from the other angelic hosts. Lucifer was referred to as the 'covering angel.' Just as the cherubim covered the mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant, Lucifer was established by God to be the angel of worship, one whose ministry surrounded the heart of heaven. Lucifer was created to dwell eternally in the throne room of heaven, in the very presence of God (Ezekiel 28:14).

According to Ezekiel 28:13, a probable reference to Lucifer, we learn that he is an amazing being to behold: "You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: the sardius, topaz, and diamond, beryl, onyx, and jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created.

To dwell in the awesome presence of a perfect and holy God, Lucifer had to be perfect. There was nothing ordinary or plain about his appearance. Adorned with gold and precious stones, he truly fit the name, 'Son of the Morning.' He was a step above the other angels, not only in appearance but also in intellect. Lucifer's wisdom far exceeded that of other angelic beings. He understood the ways of God.

But Lucifer's splendor and beauty did not last forever. While ministering, he began to consider his own position of prominence. Lucifer became prideful, believing that he deserved more than what he already had. He wanted to become like the Most High.

Isaiah 14 reveals the fall of Lucifer from the heights of heaven, which resulted in his status as the creature that he is today:

"How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning...For you have said in your heart: 'I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.'"

Lucifer had wisdom, beauty, ability, perfection, and yet he wanted more; he wanted to be worshiped like God. But God does not share His glory, nor does He permit another to receive worship. So before Lucifer had a chance to make his move, he was removed from the presence of God. Cast out of heaven like a bolt of lightning, Lucifer was stripped of his beauty, his position, and his rights to heaven. Satan's constant attempt ever since has been to oppose the mighty plan of God. He even attempted to tempt Jesus to sin and worship him.

Lucifer's name, 'son of the morning,' was given to a far more deserving individual, the Son of God. Jesus Christ is called the 'Bright and Morning Star' (Revelation 22:16). Today, Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, dwelling in the presence of the Almighty. Christ's words hold true, even in the account of Satan: "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted" (Matthew 23:12). The subject of Satan is not a pleasant one. Satan's attempt to control this world system is nothing to take lightly. When you proclaim the Word and preach Christ, you must do so with utmost accuracy, power, and clarity.
